✨ ARLO ✨
Collie x Staghound - Male
Approx. 2 years and 7 months (as of November 2024)
Located in CQ
ARLO is an affectionate, energetic boy with a heart full of love to give. Described by his foster carers as a "big ol’ cuddle bunny," he’s adored by their family, including the children and even the neighbors. Now, ARLO is ready to find his forever family to share all his excitement and affection.
ARLO loves his walks, runs on the beach, and games of fetch. He thrives in an active, busy environment where he can stay engaged. Being a smart cookie, ARLO is responsive to commands, already knows how to sit and shake hands, and walks nicely on a lead. Some ongoing training would be a great way to keep his clever mind sharp and channel his excitement. He can still jump out of excitement.
ARLO is a fantastic companion for a household with a large yard. He will require secure fencing, as he has springs on his feet. His current fence height is 1.8m. In saying that, he hasn’t shown any interest in being far from his favorite humans.
While ARLO has lived harmoniously with dogs around his age, he would be best suited to a cat-free household. He hasn’t been tested with poultry.
This sweet and spirited boy is ready to join a family who will match his energy and give him all the love and attention. Could that be you?
